“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed …” (Psalm 2:2)
We are entering a time when the forces that are antichrist are amassing, taking counsel together, and encouraging each other in an evil matter more than ever before. Because they are against the Lord and His Christ, they are setting their sights on His true people, and with a raging animosity, are seeking first our marginalization and then our elimination.
This is not a day to be caring about whether a church has good programs, or awesome worship, or people of our age group; it is a time when we must gather together with uncompromised saints who will encourage us to stand true to our Lord in an evil day when the love of many is waxing cold.
“And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24,25)
