“And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.” (Ephesians 3:19)
The one person we all need to love us is God. We cannot be saved by the love of any other; neither will we die by lacking the love of any other.
When God is not our first love, human love will always leave something to be desired. When our soul is dwelling in God’s love our quest to get love will end, and our quest to give love will begin.
Where God is loving and God is being loved there is perfect peace. To love and be loved by God is the balm that heals all wounds.
Being in a love relationship with God is the ultimate human experience. It can be faked, but when it is genuine, it is out of this world.
