“… The LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” (Job 1:21)
God refuses to fit inside the boxes men make for Him. No one will use His Word to manipulate Him. He is beholden to no one’s works or faith. No one dictates to Him what He can and cannot use to glorify Himself. He who sit in the heavens laughs at man’s attempt to play God and the lines they draw for Him.
Jehovah is the Sovereign God of the Universe who does what pleases Him. He weakens the strength of the mighty. He confounds the wisdom of the wise. He humbles the proud. He breaks out of every box He is placed in. He does things His way. He causes us to know that He is God, and we are not.
